High-Speed Printing for Envelopes and Specialty Media
The Xanté En/Press is a versatile digital production press built for fast, full-color printing on envelopes, stationery and an extensive range of specialty media. Its straight, multi-speed paper path provides smooth, reliable feeding while accommodating substrates that can be difficult to run through conventional digital presses.
With several available feeding configurations, the En/Press can be tailored to the needs of commercial print shops, in-plant operations and other production environments. It produces up to 4,000 full-color envelopes per hour while reducing setup time, outsourcing and production costs.
Bring More Work In House
The En/Press prints on uncoated and coated papers, envelopes, NCR forms, cardstocks, textured stocks and label media. It can accommodate sheets up to 13 × 49.6 inches, giving print providers the flexibility to produce everything from everyday business materials to long-format and specialty applications.
Full-color printing, variable data, addressing and sequential numbering can all be completed in a single pass. Finished output is waterproof and laser-safe, allowing printed pieces to be handled immediately or run through compatible laser-printing processes.
iQueue Workflow
Every En/Press includes Xanté’s iQueue Workflow, providing centralized control over job setup, color and production. Operators can make file adjustments, manage variable data and address lists, match critical spot colors and control press settings from a streamlined interface.
iQueue also includes more than 1,000 design templates and a collection of royalty-free specialty fonts to simplify the production of envelopes, stationery and other common print-shop applications.

The En/Press is available in several configurations to suit different production requirements. Options include the Enterprise High Speed Feeder, the compact Enterprise-SP Feeder, standard feed trays and an optional high-capacity tray.
The Enterprise High Speed Feeder holds up to 1,000 #10 envelopes for longer unattended runs. The compact Enterprise-SP holds up to 500 #10 envelopes and accommodates envelope sizes from 4 Bar up to 10 × 15 inches.

With PlateMaker 8 Inside, the En/Press can also serve as a chemical-free polyester computer-to-plate system for small-format offset production. Plates are imaged directly inside the En/Press, eliminating the need for a separate platesetter and hazardous processing chemicals.
Xanté Myriad 2 polyester plates deliver accurate imaging, fast ink-up and strong toner adhesion. Available in sizes up to 340 × 505 mm, they are suitable for press runs of up to 15,000 impressions.
This optional capability allows print shops to combine versatile digital production with an affordable in-house CTP solution in a single system.
