Automated DTF Printing for On-Demand Apparel

The Xanté F-24 is an integrated direct-to-film printing system designed for efficient, full-color transfer production. It combines printing, adhesive powder application, powder recycling and drying in one streamlined workflow, allowing operators to produce finished transfers with minimal manual handling.

The system produces vibrant, durable designs for apparel and fabric products without requiring garment pretreatment. Once printed and cured, transfers are applied using a heat press and peeled while hot for fast, straightforward production.

Print on a Wide Range of Fabrics

Direct-to-film technology allows the F-24 to decorate cotton, polyester, blends and other fabric types, including both light and dark materials. This gives print providers the flexibility to produce customized apparel and accessories without maintaining separate processes for different garment colors and fabric compositions.

Transfers can be applied to T-shirts, hoodies, uniforms, hats, bags and other fabric products. Waterproof, fade-resistant inks produce washer-safe results designed to retain their color through repeated wear and laundering.

An Integrated Print-to-Transfer Workflow

The F-24 prints artwork directly onto heat-transfer film, automatically applies and recycles adhesive powder, and dries the completed transfer. The operator then positions the transfer on the garment, applies heat and pressure, and removes the film using a hot-peel process.

Automating the printing, powdering and drying stages reduces labor, improves consistency and makes the system well suited to short runs, customized products and ongoing production.

iQueue DTF Workflow

The F-24 includes a Windows 11 computer and Xanté’s iQueue DTF Workflow software. iQueue provides RIP functionality and production controls for preparing, arranging and managing artwork.

Freeform ganging helps maximize film usage by arranging multiple designs efficiently, reducing material waste and improving productivity when producing mixed jobs or transfers in varying sizes.
