The IntoPrint RF1430 is a high-speed roll-to-roll digital finishing system that laminates, contour cuts, strips and slits labels in a single production pass. Designed for short runs and custom applications, it produces labels in virtually any shape without the cost, delay or storage requirements of conventional dies.
The RF1430 works with printed rolls from digital or analog printing systems, making it a flexible finishing solution for label converters, commercial printers and in-house production environments.
Finish Custom Labels On Demand
The RF1430 cuts directly from vector artwork created in Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW. Its SMARTMark optical registration system aligns each cut with the printed image for accurate finishing, while computer-controlled cutting allows multiple cutting depths within the same file for perforations and multilayer applications.
A touchscreen interface and straightforward operator adjustments make it easy to set up and fine-tune for a wide range of label designs and materials.
Pair it with the RP530W Digital Label Printer for an efficient in-house system for printing and finishing short-run labels.
