The Afinia Label DLF Quattro is a high-speed digital finishing system built for short-to-medium label runs, frequent job changes, and custom shapes. Four drag-knife cutting heads work in tandem to increase finishing speed while eliminating the time and expense of traditional dies.
In one streamlined roll-to-roll workflow, the DLF Quattro can laminate, contour cut, remove waste, slit, and rewind finished label rolls.

Flexible Digital Finishing Without Dies
Create custom label shapes directly from vector PDF cut files. With no physical dies to order, the DLF Quattro makes it easier to accommodate short runs, seasonal products, prototypes, and frequent design changes.
The integrated touchscreen Cutting Manager provides direct control over job setup, cut positioning, and production settings. Automatic cutting-head alignment and web guiding help simplify operation and keep material properly aligned throughout the finishing process.
