best possible condition...and that it remains that way...all at the lowest possible
price. We offer flexible, affordable service contracts on every machine we sell.
Trained Field Service Engineers
For your pre-press, printing and finishing needs, we service all of northern
New England. For your copying, faxing, printing, dictation, shredding and binding
needs, we service central and southern Maine.

Preventative Care Program:
Offtech New England also carries the Preventative Care Program for your benefit,
convenience, and savings. The best way to avoid untimely breakdowns with your
office equipment is to focus on preventative care! Preventative care consists
of routine cleaning that can prevent up to seventy-five percent (75%) of your
service calls.
BENEFITS:
* All equipment is brought up to a baseline standard.
* Cleanings extend the longevity of your machines.
* Routine cleanings reduces untimely and costly service calls over a one year
period of time.
* You will be provided with an updated inventory list that will include both
model and serial numbers.
* If we find a problem that we can service while the cleaning is being done,
you will not be charged for the service call.
ROUTINE CLEANING INCLUDES:
1. Cleaning of machine inside and out.
2. Oiling belts and moving parts.
3. Tightening of loose screws.
4. Basic adjustments.
5. Testing.
We are a factory-authorized Warranty Service Center for Canon office equipment.
We can service your Canon machine at no charge if it is covered under the factory
warranty. The service work is done onsite at our One Karen Drive location.
